Walking Program
This plan will prepare you for a 5K event or prep you for the Beginner Ruck Program. Beginner Ruck Program Must have completed the Full Potential Walking Program or are currently participating in structured physical activity on a routine basis. This program starts with 10 lbs. of weight and increases by increments of 5 lbs over the 8-weeks. Intermediate Ruck Program Includes three rucks per week of varying difficulty targeting different areas of the body. |
