All About Rec Fit Ruck Club

My Rec Fit Ruck Club  is an outdoor fitness experience designed to build strength, stamina, and camaraderie—one step at a time. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to push your limits, the program features four levels of difficulty,  allowing you to progress at your own pace.
Here’s what you can expect:
  • Weekly Group Rucks: Join like-minded individuals for scheduled group rucks that keep you moving and motivated.

  • Monthly Calendar: Plan ahead with our monthly calendar featuring all group ruck locations and dates.
  • Group Event Outings: Take your training off the beaten path with special group outings that add adventure and variety.

Ruck Club is where fitness, nutrition, community, and adventure come together.
Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or training for your next backpacking trip, you'll find support, accountability, and like-minded women who are working toward becoming stronger and healthier.

Choose your level of difficulty!
Each month you will decide what level of difficulty to set your mileage and fitness goals at. Feel free to level up or down each month to accommodate your lifestyle, goals, and schedule. The levels include the following:
Trailhead Trekker
  • 10 miles per month
Perfect for first-timers or those returning after a long break. Easy pace, short distance, flat terrain, and no added weight.

Forest Explorer
  • 25 miles per month
Ideal for those building consistency. Optional light ruck weight (5–10 lbs). Focus on building stamina and consistency.

Summit Seeker
  • 50 miles per month
For those with a solid fitness base and looking to increase their endurance. Brisk pace, mixed terrain, and moderate ruck weight (10–20 lbs). Expect a good sweat and a sense of accomplishment.

Ridgeline Roamer
  • 75 miles per month
Focus on higher mileage on moderate to rough terrain with a heavier ruck weight (15-20lbs).

Peak Conqueror
  • 100 miles per month
Geared toward seasoned ruckers. Fast pace, rough terrain, and heavier ruck weight (20+ lbs). Demands stamina, grit, and a love for pushing limits.

What people are saying about Rec Fit Ruck Club:

"It doesn't feel like we are working out when rucking & I love that so much. Stacy reminds me how hard our bodies are working during rucking & I can see it in all of us but it's easy to forget cause we're having so much fun!"

"I love having a group that keeps me moving, motivated, and accountable. This ruck club has made getting fit fun, and it’s been the perfect blend of challenge and adventure."

"Thank you Stacy for really preaching consistency! I’ve been consistently eating better and consistently exercising and it shows! And it helps that Ruck Club is so dang fun that it doesn’t even seem like exercise. So thank you to all the ruckers as well!"

"I logged 30 miles this month, my goal was 50. Which is way better than I had been doing. I am grateful to this group and looking forward to getting back!"
