Walkers
Difficulty level of this plan is designed to just get you moving your body in a consistently. The flexibility of this series allows you to go at your own pace and without a weighted vest or pack. Stay at this level as long as you like until you feel ready to add some weight. Beginner Ruckers Must have completed the Walkers level or are currently participating in structured physical activity on a routine basis. This level makes every step count— requiring you to wear a weighted vest but the functional movement assignments are optional. Intermediate Ruckers You are all-in at this level. Going the distance, while wearing a weighted vest or backpack and completing the assigned functional movements each month. |

While most of this program is done on your own, it is designed to help you develop a consistent routine and helps hold you accountable with your workout progress.
Club members must take a photo of their GPS, Garmin, Fitbit, MapMyWalk recording, or photo of themselves on the trail with a date stamp. Then, post the photo in the private Facebook group, email or text it to Full Potential each time the programmed activity is completed. |
