This 42 mile section of the famous North Country Trail might be one of the prettiest stretches of its entire 4,700 mile length. This trail includes beautiful sand dunes, steep cliffs, densely wooded areas, flowing rivers, multiple waterfalls and fantastic views in all directions. A fair bit of incline lends itself to those that like a challenge when hiking. But a great deal of historic hot spots can be found along the trail to take breaks at for those interested in learning more about the area.
