Explore Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore with Full Potential!

Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore hugs the Lake Superior shoreline for more than 40 miles along Michigan's northern coast. Sandstone cliffs, beaches, waterfalls, sand dunes, inland lakes, deep forest, and wild shoreline beckon you to visit Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The park's backcountry offers nearly 100 miles of walking and hiking trails and opportunities for solitude, inspiration, physical challenge, renewal, and camping.

You don't have to be an experienced backpacker to join us.
Many women start with little hiking experience and build their confidence before the trip.
That's why Full Potential offers coaching and nutrition support designed to help you prepare physically and mentally for your adventure.

I can help you build the foundation to prepare for a trip.
My programs are designed to:
Improve endurance and stamina
Increase strength for carrying a pack
Learn fueling and hydration strategies
